Vantage 9 was founded by operators and technologists who spent decades inside complex supply chains before they built software for them. That experience is in every decision we make.

Our Mission
Give operations teams the vantage point they need to run their supply chain with confidence. One view. One source of truth. One layer of control across the entire network.
The name Vantage 9 reflects that mission. The nine dimensions of logistics — TMS, WMS, ERP, 3PLs, carriers, DCs, vendors, stores, and internal teams — unified into a single operational view that gives every stakeholder the clarity to act.

Our Story
Vantage 9 was built from the inside out.
In 2019, a team of supply chain operators and technologists from Fort Smith, Arkansas launched Firebend — spun out of Propak Corp., one of the most operationally complex logistics companies in the region. The founding team had spent years building custom technology inside Propak to solve problems that off-the-shelf software couldn't. When the demand for that technology outgrew the company that built it, Firebend was founded to bring it to market.
The observation that drove everything was simple: the biggest problems in logistics execution are not technology problems. They are visibility problems. Fragmented data. Manual coordination. Systems that were never designed to share information with each other. And the operations teams responsible for solving those problems every day, doing it with tools that make the work harder than it needs to be.
The answer was not to build another system of record. It was to build a layer that sat above the systems operations teams already depended on — connecting them, unifying the data, and giving every role the real-time visibility and control they needed to act confidently.
In 2025, Firebend rebranded as Vantage 9. The rebrand unified the company and its platform under a single identity that reflects what the product actually does: give logistics teams a vantage point across the full complexity of their operation. Nothing else changed. The same team. The same platform. The same commitment to custom-built software that fits how operations actually run.

Why We Built It This Way
Custom by Design
We do not sell a platform and ask you to conform to it. Every Vantage 9 deployment starts with an assessment of how your operation actually runs, and builds from there. The result is software that fits your operation — not one that forces your operation to fit the software.
Operators First
Vantage 9 is built for the people running logistics day to day. Not for IT alone. Not for executive dashboards alone. Every workflow, every alert, every interface is designed around the role that uses it.
Fast to Value
Every deployment is built around proven implementation playbooks that get your team to measurable ROI in 90 days. We have done this before. We know where the fastest wins are, and we build toward them from day one.
Built to Last
Modular architecture means Vantage 9 grows with your operation. You start with what solves your biggest problems today and expand as your operation evolves. The platform you deploy on day one is the foundation for everything that follows.
